• How do I find accommodation?

    Our properties are available online, add your preferred location, arrival and departure and click search, a list of properties that suit your requirements will be available. Book online using SecureBOOKIT or call our team and we will be able to secure your reservation.

  • How do I make a booking?

    Click on the book now button to make your reservation, our SecureBOOKIT reservation and payment system will allow you to secure your dates and make a payment.

  • When I book my accommodation do I have to pay a deposit?

    Yes, a 50% deposit is required on booking in addition to booking fees.

  • What time is check in?

    Check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise organised.

  • What if I arrive early, can I check in early?

    If the property is clean and ready.

  • What time is checkout?

    10am or a little later if organised with the office before hand.

  • Where do I collect keys from?

    Our office LJ Hooker at 53 Booner Street, Hawks Nest

  • What are your office hours?

    We are here from 9 to 5am Monday to Saturday.

  • What if I am arriving out of office hours?

    We have a lock box for late key collection.

  • What if something breaks during my stay?

    You will need to report to the office ASAP.

  • What if we leave something behind?

    We can post back to you C.O.D

  • How do I re-book this property for next year, ie. Christmas and or School holidays etc?

    You can book online or call the office.

  • Are pets allowed inside pet friendly properties?

    Yes, but we ask that they are not allowed on the furnishings.

  • Do we have to clean the property before we leave?

    The property is to be left neat and tidy, locked up and rubbish put out. There is an excess cleaning fee if the property is not left in a reasonable state.

  • What if the house is not clean on arrival?

    Please report to the office

  • Are we allowed to have extra guests stay for a night or two?

    Yes, but no more people than there are beds to sleep.
